Cancellation Policy

• 100% Booking Fee Refund: Cancellation 8 weeks before check-in.
• 70% Booking Fee Refund: Cancellation between 8 weeks and 30 days before check-in.
• Only Security Deposit Returned: Cancellation less than 30 days before check-in.

COTTAGE RULES

• Access Code and WiFi: The access code to the main entrance will be provided a few days before check-in. The WiFi password is provided to confirmed guests.

• Parking: Please use the parking spots on the driveway in front of the house. Additional parking spots are available further up the driveway, but refrain from parking on the front lawn grass.

• Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels to a minimum during your stay. While you can enjoy the sound system indoors, use it in a controlled manner. Turn off the receivers for the "boathouse" and "deck" to avoid disturbing neighbors, as we've received complaints about loud music in the past.

• Campfire Regulations: No campfires are allowed during the day from 8 am to 6 pm, from April 1st to October 31st, as per municipality regulations.

• Garbage Disposal: The dump facility hours are limited, so please take the garbage with you when you leave or use the complementary garbage kits provided. Addresses, opening hours, and instructions for the dump facilities are included in the kits.

• Recycling: Separate recyclables according to the labels on the bins to ensure they are accepted at the recycling facility.

• Water Shoes: Guests are advised to bring water shoes for safer enjoyment of the lake.
